Congrats and I hope he goes well

Also hope people give him time to find his feet

If he keeps Castagna out I will be happy just with that.  :rollin

Im not expecting him to star but if he can find the footy about 15 times and use it properly he would have done well imho.

The Tigers will also play debutant Tyler Sonsie who was taken with pick 28 in last year’s draft.

He will debut with three-time premiership skipper and his boyhood idol Trent Cotchin, who is back from a cracked collarbone.

“People say he was a draft slider, he should have gone possibly a little bit higher than what he did,” said Jack Riewoldt of the 19-year-old midfielder.

“A midfielder, a Richmond fan growing up, and I only found this out the other day that his favourite player is Trent Cotchin.

“He’s very talented, a great kick on both sides of his feet and an exciting prospect.

“He gets his chance this week and I think Richmond fans will be very happy with what they see. It’s exciting to see him playing.”

Let's talk about something positive to get my mind off driving to punt road and headbutting some of our 'senior' players.

This kid looks the goods. Great by foot. Very much belongs at this level.

Looks and moves like a jet. Good with ball in hand. Will only get better.

Where will he end up playing? Another a little on the short side. HFF?

Sonz showed more composure most of the time than most of his senior teammates. A good debut and he is one who can keep his head up after tonight's debacle.

Such a shame we had to wait all year to rnd 18 before seeing him while some very ordinary players have and continue to get games.
Could have had 10 - 15 games into him by now and leading into finals if we manage to get there.
