Dempsey earns 50 in the centre. When she gets inside 50 she plays on but spray the kick OOTF  :P.

Can someone tell our girls to get front and square at the marking contests? If we don't take the mark the Suns just rebound out the front  :banghead.

Bad error by the Suns across our HF line. Allows Brennan to run into an open goal  :gotigers.

How can a Suns player be 20m free in their forward line from our kick-in? :facepalm.

These brainfades  :banghead.

Our Girls need basic handball practice. 50% are completely missing targets, 80% are not to advantage. Killing us..

We have some real rubbish players making up the numbers. Atrocious skills and offer nothing.

Molan - hasn’t come in from season one at all. If anything has gone backwards. Offers nothing. Doesn’t mark enough for her height always opts for the handball and fails to hit a target most times when she does choose to kick mostly chooses the out number.
Stahl - falling over at crucial times isn’t helping your team. Doesn’t offer enough especially forward pressure. Hardly takes a mark.

Bernadi - running into an open goal with no pressure, how she managed to kick it out on the full is still a mystery.

We need ball winners in the guts.

It’s very early to tell but I’m not convinced by our first draft selection in Reid. She really hasn’t showed much to make me we think we nailed the 5th pick by selecting her. She’s been very poor in all games I’ve seen so far.

True. Missed simple targets all day. We couldn't get any rebounds and line breaks because of it.

Also felt we went the handball first option too much. I know she is only a first year player by Reid avoided kicking the ball today. Not sure why?

Too many schoolkid brainfades. Not being front and square at the contest. Ballwatching when we had the footy so when it was turned over the Suns had free players forward of the ball.

This is all basic footy stuff!

We lacked cohesion all day especially going forward. Aside from Brennan when she was providing a target our other forwards were AWOL.

Only our defenders can really put their hand up as having decent games - Miller, Lynch, Dempsey, J.Hosking and Sansonetti. Give a good side that many more inside 50s and we would lost by 6-7 goals. Conti had 21 disposals but she didn't have her usual impact. Brennan was the only one upfield who looked capable of doing something that set up scoring opportunities.

Overall, it was just a dumb dumb poorly-skilled performance. More akin to the rubbish we saw in our first two years. Our worst by far this year given the opposition aren't a top side like Melb and Freo are.
