Tuck free to play this week
« on: May 29, 2006, 05:47:26 PM »
The AFL wishes to advise the Match Review Panel has assessed the following incidents from the weekend's round of matches.

Other incidents assessed: No Charge Laid.

Contact between Geelong's Jarrad Rooke and Richmond's Brett Deledio from the second quarter of Saturday's match was reviewed. The panel said the contact made by Rooke was judged to be accidental and therefore was not reportable.

Contact between Richmond's Shane Tuck and Geelong's Gary Ablett from the third quarter of Saturday's match was reviewed. The panel said that Tuck made contact with Ablett as he attempted to run past him. The vision was inconclusive and appeared to be a pushing motion, rather than a strike, and no further action was taken.
