Poor defending. Ballwatching assuming the kick would make the distance and allowed an easy mark to Brisbane 12m out.

0 - 6

ps. Should have been a free for in the back to Egan by the way at the starting bounce  ::).

Snap by Brennan is a goal  :gotigers

Excellent hussle by Reid against two Lion defenders to force it out to Katie.

Rich  1.0-6
Bris   1.0-6

That was excellent by Reid!

Just kept at it.

She's come off age the last 5 weeks

Dempsey long. It goes over the forwards and rolls towards the goal-line. Brisbane try to rush but Wakefield can only get a thigh and not a lower leg to it. Rushed.

Think we are lucky to be only 2 points down

Their run off HB line and through the midfield is elite.

Our backs are struggling especially against Wardlaw

But we certainly hang tough which is great to see

As for umpiring? Just stock standard, maintaining their stellar incompetence

We need to do better around the stoppages. Kelly needs to be proactive at ball up around the centre and forward of it. Eyes too much on the Brisbane ruck rather than the ball. Our mids are getting first hands but the post-clearance stuff we need to be harder and not let them clearances on the outside.

Graham very good in defence so far.

It's beyond a joke now.

I have no problem with that HTB against us if it was applied to both teams. But it isn't.

And now 50m as well  :banghead.

Clever by Yassir but a bad bounce in the goalsquare costs us. Wakefield out of the air misses.

It's a disgraceful umpiring how Brisbane players are allowed to just drop the ball as soon as they are tackled  :banghead.
