Who is our barometer?

Menzel on SEN says Dusty.

------------------------

Daniel Menzel has gone through every club to name the player who needs to step up big time for their team to play finals.

Dustin Martin

“Think about when they won the premierships and who won the Norm Smith Medals… If he gets back to anywhere near his best then they’ve got the complimentary pieces around… I think Dusty is the barometer.”

He’s technically right. All the finals dusty didn’t play well in since 2017 from being underdone we lost.

What’s going to be interesting for me is who plays the lambert role in 2023. I feel like that role is the ultimate barometer to sustained success in the H/A rounds

Dusty the obvious choice.

Special mention to plenty of blokes like Baker, Rioli, Prestia, Lynch, Grimes. When they have great days it usually means we are doing alright.
