Ange is copping some heat from Bozza and not without justification either. His demeanor and body language in interviews is subpar - slouching, not looking at the camera and looking like a bit of a slob tbh. Image is important in that role.

We'll need to slam 5 past Thailand to make sure of it

Hoping for at least 3-0 but more comfortable with 4-0.

Struggling to see who will score though.

To be honest if we dont sew it up from here we dont deserve it. And we dont on recent form.

Japan have already made it so they may be checked out v the Saudis

So what will be will be.

For the reigning AFC champs we have horrible potency. For so much dominance we are pathetic at getting on the board and our counter attacks are simply pedestrian. This team doesn't deserve WC.

How did we not score a couple then? Duck we are hacks in front of goal.

Juric is a gumby, Cahill is past it.

Mooy and Leckie are by far our most potent players on the field. Rogic needs to do more

Degenek and Wright are pub footballers

Just rewatching the 1st half chances, how are we not 4-0 up let alone even 1??

Two posts
Off the line clearance
Wright face butting wide from 1 foot
The unbelievable scissor kick block by the defender on juries volley

stuff me

I thought Rogic has been ok, he and Leckie are the only ones taking on defenders, Mooy getting good touches and setting them up. I don't mind Cahill or Juric in the side because we don't have anyone else, but not in the same team. Cahill can't play AM. Isn't Mabil on the bench? Surely something with pace to compliment Leckie.

Still a class above but not long ago I was watching Germany field their bench/reserve squad against San Marino which was a similar gulf in class in terms of possession numbers. The difference was it was raining goals.

14 shots and 74% possession and we still can't put the ball into the back of the net :facepalm.

Juric simply had to head that cross past either side of the keeper for an easy goal, yet he chests it down giving the Thai defender time and a chance to throw his body in the way.

Sainsbury did get the ball but some whistle happy refs would've paid that a penalty for the tackle from behind. Lucky this ref isn't one of them.
