I don't hate Cumberland just don't rate him as a team player. This new coaching panel like the old panel don't seem to rate him either. He has time to change this of course but time is running out.

Why not just Bring in Young and Play Miller at chb we can then demand Grimes steps up and plays third tall well for once.

The upside to that is we play Balta fwd with Lynch and keep the experiment going. If the back half bigs are getting towelled up then we can always throw Balta back and Miller fwd.
