A lot of people on this forum seem to think caracella was the mastermind behind our dynasty etc. he may be a very good assistant coach, but he has been at Essendon since his time at the tiges and they have been very very poor. So it’s hard to know what impact Caracalla has.
Regardless it shows the club is prepared to invest in assistant coaches and one that’s highly regarded, so it’s a good sign.
He probably clashed with what Brad Scott wanted. Also they haven't been terrible they have been mid pack with the list they've got that's what you'd expect.

He spent 2024 as the Bumblings VFL coach. Think Scott moved him sideways
