Any further news regarding Young?

With Kossie and Blight gone id say Young is still a chance to stay simply because of numbers.

Lets just say this is the senior structure

The mirror image in the twos

Thats exactly what we need as far as depth and competition goes for spots. With talls gone it gives us some scope to address other areas that badly need fixing.

Reckon as many as5 OR  6 talls could go this off season.
Kossie, Young in a trade, Bauer, Blight, Colina. and it would help greatly correcting list balance.

Sounds like north have gone off him too preferring other options

If there is a club we can learn from building our list up, it's Hawthorn.

Like or hate it, their rebuild has been nothing short of impressive.

Lessons learnt in that they got it wrong in drafting in Omeara, Wingard and Mitchell for a quick tilt after their dynasty. Like or hate it, this model backs up the idea of shopping Hopper and Taranto around for younger players currency. Hawks window is now open again and Mitchell, Wingard and Omeara are all finished. Our next tilt is so unlikely to involve Hopper or Taranto, at least one of them should be shopped around, id take a high 2nd round pick for Hopper. We can keep Tim but I'd certainly take a decent package of picks or a decent young player swap for him.

The trick is not becoming devoid of experienced players all together. Another stumbling block for us is our mid tier are so ordinary.
