3) Nathan Foley - Without a doubt our best IMO. Worked really hard, found plenty of the ball and used it well. And geez he is a quick little terrier. I absolutely loved the passage of play when he blazed off from the HBF, handballed to a teammate, received the ball and then delivered an absolutle pearler to Lids.
2) Dean Polo - Although he only got about 17-18 touches I thought he played a very good game. Not to dissimilar to his BOG against Essendon in that he ran to the right places and used the ball well, albeit not as good as that performance. Showed plenty of courage, took some strong grabs and just plain worked hard.
3) Troy Simmongs - Was competitive with White in the first 1/2, actually thought White had the better of him. But in the 2nd half Simmo really stood up and worked hard. Performed well in the ruck, got a fair few touches around the ground and kicked a few goals that gave us a sniff.

Apologies to Schulz, thought he played well (highlighted by that great pack mark) and really worked hard. Richo was really good when we finally delivered the ball to him cleanly. Thought that if the forwards got decent delivery for the whole match Sarge and Richo would have had 7 goals between them rather than the 3 they actually got. Also kudos to Capn Kane, played a consistent and solid 4 quarter game.

3 - Polo busted his gut and gave a beautiful rendition of "kick it to me" in the 3rd ;D

2 - Johnson

1 - Foley -

Apologises to Gas in particular

THE Golden Turnup (aka the Johnny Manton Medal) - so many that are worthy. Here's a couple

Let's see there was Krak - who had me asking the question at what time did he turnup  ;D

There was Bowden P - for turnovers rather than turnups  :help

But winner is Bowden J - who unfortunately had his worst game in 3 years :'( :'( - and it was soooooooo costly  ;D

But I did find myself asking why didn't they move him and try Chubba - just a thought  :thumbsup

Them's the breaks I suppose  :rollin :rollin

3- polo
2- sugar
1- gas

apol foley and moore(gr8 job on yze)

my golden turnup, both tuck and tivendale.

ps joel was only let down by his disposal, but his work rate was fantastic, and robertson played smart and never chased his man out so had more energy as the ball came back in over joels head. robertson was gr8 but if joels disposal wasnt affected by teh tiv virus, teh game would be different
