"after 13 and 12 years, Marco and Ox were sacked tonight by SEN, moments after they signed off. Sad day for two good mates."

KB has quit SEN.

The Herald Sun revealed last month that the relationship between Hutchison and Bartlett had been fractured by the decision to punt the Richmond legend from his morning slot at the start of the year

“I really enjoyed the old SEN and it’s fair to say I haven’t enjoyed the new SEN,’’ Bartlett said.

“I’m going to do other things, I don’t know what I’m going to do, I’m just having a break.”

So on SEN we now have:

Lyon and Watson
Wheatley
Cornes
Russell
Maher and Murphy
McClure

Plenty of Richmond haters/trolls in that line-up  :P.

I just listen to the station which has our game. If more than one has it , Ill listen to the station that has the most haters coz you can tell their choking on there own coco pops having to call Richmond win again.

The old halcyon days of rex calling the footy wont return.  Also miss The Geoff Wilson National Anthem and Rex wanting to sing an all time classic "Every time I ride my bike and I look at you I get a flat"
The 8th at Bemm River just after the footy was also great with such legendary horses as "love on the bonnet" and Brother Nelson racing. Brother Nelson never ran well.

If the jungle drums are beating true, then expect to hear Kevin Bartlett return to calling football with 3AW this season.

Tom Browne has resigned from Channel 7, it has been confirmed by his new employer.

The Herald Sun first reported the high profile journalist has accepted a position outside the footy industry and will also be leaving Melbourne.

The Herald Sun reports Browne is expected to continue in his role with Seven through to the end of the 2023 AFL season before taking up a position with MA Financial Group.

Triple M has also confirmed Browne will continue in his role with the popular radio broadcaster for the remainder of the 2023 AFL season.

Finey is in studio:

"To be honest, I left at the right time. Because I don't know what I would have done when Richmond won three flags. I used to have to much fun with the Richmond fans"
