You'd have to think that Collo must have transgressed some rule or other to land in the Burger two's, wouldn't you?

Astbury, Griffiths and Collins trained with the main squad at training on Wednesday and then stayed behind to work with the rehab trainer for half an hour. We know Astbury (heel) and Griffiths (shoulder) after coming back from injury. Not sure about Collo but he may have picked up and injury in the past month (?). For all we know we could be just giving them a go in the Coburg ressies just to let them run around for 4 quarters to slowly build up their match fitness at much lower level. If Collo is still in the VFL ressies in a couple of weeks then we should be concerned as by then he should be near enough injury-free you would presume.

Interesting to see how we go against Frankston who have lost a host of players over the off-season. They would be favourites for the spoon. So with 14 RFC guys Coburg should have the stronger line-up even if it's just a practice match.

Btw does anyone know why the VFL season starts so much later than the AFL season when AFL clubs will want their remaining listed players playing competitive games for their affiliates?

Is there anybody at the game? Does anybody know anyone who went today who can post scores, and tell us which Richmond players are doing well???
Maybe I should just buy a hat-stand. But after Thursday night, I need something to hang my hat on :P

He is coming back from injury , i dont think its unual for this to happen..
Definately the right decision as he struggled a bit even in the 2s..In the seniors he would have really struggled..
