Jumping Jack comes to play

The focus might have been on Buddy, but a lot of the action was happening at the other end of the field as well. It looked like it was going to be Jack Riewoldt's night when the Richmond star had nine disposals, four marks, one goal and one goal assist at quarter time. He didn't disappoint after that, either. Clearly the best on the ground, Riewoldt shone throughout the night – with his aerial marking and his long-range accuracy clear highlights. Providing a contest every time the ball was kicked forward, Riewoldt continued to swing the momentum of the game in Richmond's favour throughout the night. He finished with three goals from 23 disposals and 16 marks – eight of which were inside 50 and seven of which were contested.

He was unbelievable last night.

He’s a tiger great already. And I don’t say that lightly.

All Australian player this year in my book.
And I recon if most coaches were picking a team to actually play a game of AFL footy, he would be in it.
Probably the most football smart player I have ever watched.
He can actually do it all.

I wonder what Ox thinks?
Oh, that's right - he's disappeared now we're winning
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.

Close to it but I reckon the first 10 goal haul vs West Coast comes close.
