You know going through the forum archives can be quite entertaining
Some of these are between 3-6 months old others are nearly 3 years old and after the Wallace thread making a comeback in the last couple of days just couldn't resist.
Which OER posters said these (no finger pointing just a bit of fun folks)
1. But if I were gambler - I'd say Wallace at the moment would be our next coach2. I am sick of hearing about bloody Sheedy, i hope he resigns so that we can get on with what we want to do and get our own Coach.
If he really wanted to come, he wouldnt have even discussed his coaching contract with the bombers until after the season had finished.
3. I am happy that we no longer will have to anticipate his return as our coach. I am sick of the crap that we go through everytime he is out of contract.
Bring on Wallace
4. This is 1999 all over again. The bombers offer Sheeds a 2 year deal. Sheeds says he wants 3 and plays hard to get with the Dons showing off the I could leave you and coach Richmond card. Essendon after saying definitely no more than 2 years will all of a sudden in the next few days cave in to 3.
Sheedy was a Richmond player but he is a Essendon man. Was as a kid and still is now.
4. Terry Wallace has already been earmarked for the job. Problem is that he WONT come to Tigerland if the board spills or there are problems , who would.?......
Lets get a good coach now, straighten the ship up and move forward.
5. I wouldn't mind having Wallace as coach and Eade as an assistant. At least we wouldn't be getting recommended the Fletchers of the world.
6. We certainly shafted Adelaide last year with a pretty pooh game plan!
Don't think Terry's quite as stupid as you're making him out to be.
7. big article from caroline as you expect when she is talking about richmond ...
8. Its not looking good Jacko...not good at all.
9. he is not as ox , he is a sheep (in reference to D Schwarz not our own Ox )
10. Depends how much I've had to drink and if we are on the end of a thrashing and if the umps are being w@nkers... so yeah me lol.
11. Meanwhile, in 2007 I see Foley, Tambling, Schulz and Deledio as the big movers. In a less dramatic way, I'm hoping to see JON, Thursfield,Polo, Patto, Casserley and Moore really develop, and for Polak to finally establish himself.
