mate, I havent left the club, was there today sitting in the Tiger executive but it was disappointing there was no one there. Probably 10 out of 90 members attended ::)

probably because it wasnt an executive game ;)

Blaisee, there wasnt a luncheon, you are correct.
But they have exclusive use of that room.

So people pay big $$$$$$$ to only go to 4 games a year do they ::)

mate, I am an executive, and i only go to 5-6 games, i ahve 2 kids under 3,

By the way, I was there yesterday, where were you, we may of even had a chat, without knowing it ;)

Blaisee,

I am not trying to question if you are a member of the Tiger executive, but i hear on the grapevine that a lot of the members of the executive are very pi$$ed off with our current situation and are looking for the blood of one Terry Wallace.

Can you confirm or deny?

Have you heard anything similar to this?

i can only speak for myslelf

I can see no benefit, none, in sacking terry wallace, I also see no benefit, none, in getting crazy john on board.

The best thing that can happen to the club, is finish with less that 5 wins next year, get another priority pick and rebuild.

We are a long way away, and the club knows it.

The people I talk to generally feel the same way.

The shining light at the moment are the boys from coburg, there is a sprinkling of elite talent there, they are being taught the right way, and are not being gifted games. Wallets model of playig the kids only when they earn a game is a model I agree with.

People dont understand the fact that wallet wants the ytoungsters to develop as quickly as possible

Geeez it's going to get tougher still next year??  I know we're a fair way away but I thought 7-8 wins should be minimum next year.  :-[

However regardless it'll be  :gotigers for me and I'll keep :pray

THIS IS THE PROBLEM WITH RICHMOND ...

IT IS OUR PLAYERS ...

REMEMBER TERRY DOESN'T PLAY OUT ON THE GROUND ...

IT IS OUT PLAYERS ...

AS I STARTED READING THIS TOPIC ...

IT ONLY TOOK A FEW POSTS AND THIS IS THE CORRECT ANSWER ...

OUR PLAYERS ...

WE SHOULD LOOK FOR PLAYERS THAT HAVE A GO ...

PLAYERS THAT DON'T SHOW EMOTION ETC MUST GO ...

FOR YEARS PLAYERS HAVE SAVED THERE CAREERS BY PLAYING GOOD LAST ROUNDS ...

JAY ... IS NOW IN VERY DEEP TROUBLE ... I THINK HE CAN PLAY ... BUT IS JUST NOT SWITCH ON !!!

TIVENDALE FOR YEARS HAS DONE THIS ...

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DELIST HIM !!!

HE SHOULD BE WINNING MATCHES FOR US LIKE SHANNON GRANT AT THAT TEAM THAT DESERVES 30,000 MEMBERS AND NOT US !!!

JOEL BOWDEN IS A MASSIVE PROBLEM ...

HE WILLN'T BE DELISTED ... BUT HE IS A PROBLEM AND ALWAYS HAS BEEN ...

HE IS THE BIGGEST SOFT CHICKEN YOU WOULD EVER SEE PLAYING AFL ...

DOES HE EVER GET HIS HANDS DIRTY ???

you cannot be serious Joel Bowden puts his body on the line every week he is one of our top players & for supporters to be saying his a problem & soft seriously dont know nothing about the game or the RFC
Bowden has seriously got no support down back always plays on bigger players & l beleive the coach is not supportting him by playing players like Polak out of position sitting loose like a goose & having McGuane playing at Coburg please dont make me start

You mention players not be able to look richo in the eye, maybe the coach has ""lost them""
Going on todays effort with players not chasing , I reckon he has lost them

That's my biggest concern.
Not that Wallace can't coach, it's just that the players aren't responding to him.

Wallace never looks threatening, he seems like the guy who commands respect but wants to be the player's best friend at the same time and might get too cushy.

However I can see how he could've lost them.  It's more likely they've lost themselves in the mass of losses and all Terry can do is try to solidify them back into a team instead of a group of players playing for themselves and another contract.
