The will be no cowardly coup.
You might find he might have had enough
What Crazy has changed his mind?
The "Executive" have changed their mind?
After only yesterday when he said he wouldn't walk away from the deal he made, he's going to at the end of the year say I'm going?
What a tangled web of intrigue this year has been  ::)

It is actually.
I reckon he admitting that he mighten see out his 5 years is of great interest
But not from his end, he said he would honour the deal he made!
So it has to be getting that tap on the shoulder from Gary who you say Terry and him are great mates?
Or Gary March will stand down and no coup just a transition with Crazy coming in?
That I find unlikely.
Which scenario is it, Jack?

this is the likely scenio.
honeymoon is over from the boards point of view.
Pressure will be put on Coach to restructure. Coach wont like the changes suggested ala ( Dennis P with Barry Mitchell)?
Coach could possibly walk.
Might also add current game plan hasnt been understood or embraced by playing group and players have lost focus.- Team is not tanking but players dont care or embrace game plan, (WHICH IS OBVIOUS)
I think the Crazy John thing WONT happen as I know Gary wants to keep his position.. He loves the Tiges and will make hard decisions if need be.
He is under huge pressure by sponsors as well. If onfield performance doesnt improve or doesnt seem to be improving, this places the club at huge risk of losing sponsors.
You might find we wont get many Friday nite games in the future due to our poor performance this year. This will make a huge impact to the $$$$$$

Jack, you've been saying all year - and might I say, you've destroyed my year in footy personally because of these statements - that Sheeds is coming back to Richmond.
Now these statements were made well before the poor performances and before any need for Gary to say we need to restructure.
You've also insinuated Crazy is coming and now you don't think it will happen if Gary decides to stay.

And now you say the coup is off.

If Terry leaves because he has an argument over them forcing him to have a restructure, so be it, I will be very disappointed in him.  But your statements, your winking, your hinting has been anything from this scenario.

You now seem to be backing away from all of that, which is driving a few ppl here a bit crazy, for good reason.  There is something underhanded going on, something which a very few are privy to, and the members are left high and dry as usual, sitting back waiting for faceless people or whatever to do what they're going to do, whatever that may be.

Do you see how some people could be a bit frustrated with all this?

This Crazy John thing is real.
Although the club wont let this happen though ( as WP has said)
IF they club dont change things, the Crazy John thing will happen.  Gary March will make changes . If you asked him 3 months ago, he would have said no changes required. - Thus his meeting with Gary Cameron and others.

If Sheeds does come back to Punt Road,  10,000 members extra means $1,000,000.
Can tell you Sheeds would love to come back. An bring RICHMOND people back to the club that will install passion in the club, not the lame attempt of CRUNCH BALLS and other crap thats been happening.

Terry has to restructure and face the music, the club CANNOT have 2008 as a failure onfield. there is too much at stake!

Lets just see what happpens shall we.

Well, that is a more honest scenario than winking and hinting all year, Jack.
Congratulations in being open about that  :thumbsup
The Richmond fans deserve better, because we don't deserve the instability that innuendo and whispers behind the scenes cause.
Those who are behind whatever is happening need to come out now and be honest and open.
I think that's all we ask.
Sheeds will bring more supporters back to the club.  But he's got a big job to do to convince those who think he's only at Richmond because he got the sack from his first and most loved choice that he's got the best interests of the club at heart and not just his own.
Kapish!

he has the best interests of the club
But we are his second choice and that will linger over his head.
If he comes, double the criticism you've given Wallace this year.
He will be scrutinised just as much, and given the unfair criticism Terry's had, expect much of the same!

it is a hard one ...

if we are here next year in the same position ... you would think Terry will get the sack ...

BUT ...

i wouldn't blame Terry ... our playing list have no heart ...

give Terry his 5 years ... don't make the club look worse by sacking Terry because our players have no heart ...

i am convinced that our players (not all) are the major problem ... something isn't right at Richmond and it isn't the coach ...

i am sure supporters know that our players aren't that good ... Terry is probably supporting them as best he can to get the best out of them ... (obviously) ... and if they don't ... they are out the door ...

the only thing that was good about yesterday's conference was that Terry said "players are playing for there positions at this time of year like all other clubs that are struggling" ...

that might be an obvious statement ... but at least i heard and know that there are players on the team that are trying to save there careers and Terry knows it ...

i am sure we all know those players and HOPE they get "THE SACK" ...

though, when he is talking about "heading in the right direction" ... what does he mean ??? ... i can see it from where we are !!! ...

is he talking about our under 22 players getting and playing good football under there belt ??? ...

because that is (direction) i don't understand ???

to me ... "club culture" is changing ... "group of players playing years and matches together" !!!
