No Acknowledgement of supporters yesterday
« on: September 02, 2007, 08:44:16 PM »
I was surprised and also a little annoyed that the playing group and Wallace didnt come down to the Punt Road End after yesterday's game to give the cheer squad and the whole band of loyal supporters a clap for putting up with such a tough year.

They normally do it and there are many of people who have continued to go week in week out and i think it was basically pretty poor by the RFC yesterday.

Did anyone else feel the same?

I was surprised too Bully they went straight into the rooms and didn't come down to wave and clap goodbye to the supporters or at least the cheer squad. Maybe they felt it wasn't a good look to be smiling with supporters after just collecting the wooden spoon. The supporters were in a pretty jovial mood in the rooms after the game for a club that had just lost and come last in the comp.

Didn't bother me at all. No big deal.
