More of the fairy floss news you get this time of the year relating to footballers.....

The Cotch plate
Herald Sun, 22-10-2010, Pg: 105

"IT'S not the silverware Trent Cotchin hopes to hold, but the Richmond midfielder was happy to get his hands on the Cox Plate yesterday. Cotchin and partner Brooke Kennedy will be trackside at Moonee Valley tomorrow for the nation's premier weight-for-age race..."

Dimma on Cotch's game...

Hardwick said Cotchin, 21, was "elite" at the centre bounces and would only improve.

"We still feel he's only scratching the surface of what he's capable of," Hardwick said.

This is my own take on things ,but was wondering whether trent tends to spray the ball at times because he lacks that little bit of extra pace that people like ablett, judd, etc have, thus ensuring they can break free and steady for the kick...what do you guys think?
