Cousins comes to Tigerland

...... to shop for a suit  ;).

Ben lands in Richmond - to shop
Mark Russell | November 18, 2007

SATURDAY … it must be Melbourne. Ben Cousins, citizen of the world, woke up in yet another city yesterday, flying in from Sydney on Friday after recovering from his now notorious trip to Los Angeles.

And the first thing he did — in public, at least — was go to Richmond.

But Tiger fans should not get their hopes up. After staying the night at the Kew home of his manager, Ricky Nixon, Cousins was cruising Bridge Road shops to score a new suit for the AFL Commission hearing tomorrow that could ban him from playing for bringing the game into disrepute.

Unless, heaven forbid, we have another year like this year.

It's going to be very hard for Cousins to comeback at 30 after 12 months out of the game. The last one to successfully do it would probably have been Tim Watson but that was 15 years ago. More recently Lockett's comeback was a utter failure.
