One of the players in danger of being delisted at the end of the year if he does not improve dramatically. Needs to find a position in the team. For me I would prefer him to play in the backline. He has a good attitude. He needs to improve his decision making and his disposal. If he played more than 14 games this season it would be a good season. I really hope for him and the team he has a brilliant year.

If he comes on and has a serviceable (or dare I hope breakout) year then it will be a bonus because I'm not expecting him to.

Interesting one

See Dimma was happy with his game on Friday night especially the defensive side of things

Would be good if he could hold down a position down back becasue he can play on talls and as well as mobile players

12-18 games would be a good return IMV

I agree this is an intersting one, its make or break for him this year.

I saw how Dimma thought he was good but I thought he was average to say the least. He was often out of position and a couple fo times was well and truely beaten (oh it was franklin but the point stays). Did a couple of good this and his dipsosal was better than we have seen in the past so mabe the rest will come too. Maybe Dimma is trying to get his confidence up but if he cant improve on that and is in our best 22 then we are in trouble. This is where we are at, its guys like Rance and Graham that will dictate this season, improvement has to come from them not the just year 1 and 2 guys.

I agree with everyone here - just not sure on Rance. His run from defence is usually disasterous and those 360 degree turns he does under pressure are agonizing  :banghead He is one of the few players I know who is a good player without the ball but average with it. Has the size, speed and strength to make a good defender but Leppa has a lot of work to do with his to ensure he knows exactly what to do when and how to get the ball out of his hands quickly to a better decision maker/ball user.

Just not sure this fellow with make it  :-\

expectations on rance have just improved markedly.

Was sure he would be delisted at the end of 2011. Now I believe he has won back the respect of the coaching staff, and his job on Buddy in Shepp in the first half, had to be seen to be believed.

May suprise big time this year.

Was no different to his hit on Waite, except the ball was in play.

Who knows.

No chance of getting suspended for that, ball was in play and both went for the ball.

Probably Rance's best game for Richmond last night. He did a great job taking Clark out of the game.

Agree TFL.  And as for the tunneling incident, on the replay it looked more like Merrett's momentum caused it.
