Still a massive concern for me Rance is.Has no confidence at all.His man looses him so easy,cant punch and so iffy when he get's the ball.

Great one on one with a suitable match-up, very good run and carry for his size, but when he gets the ball in his hands, there is a very good chance that he will turn it over.

If he is constantly receiving, decision making and disposing under pressure, he is a liability.

Good footballer, needs lots of support and someone running by for handball to be effective.

Needs to be played to his strengths.
