Sorry I missed it. But I did see the Steelers lose a close one at Tennessee.
The boys are really missed Polamalu and injuries are really killing us so early in the year. Hopefully they'll be able to turn it around.

I didn't catch any pro games on the weekend (ESPN hardly show Lions >:() but in TAM v LT, LT were down by 27 at half time. The lead kept shrinking and extending. It seemed in the bag but LT scored a 13yd TD with 38 seconds left on the clock at 59-57 to TAM. The final play was an incomplete pass in LT's TDZ and TAM took the win. Something like over 1,200 combined yard match.

Sounded like an excellent high scoring game, from the sound of it the defenses weren't too strong.
I caught some of the lions v eagles match live on channel ONE on the weekend. It looked a very good game from what I saw. Again I'm spewing I missed the whole game, your lions got the chocolates with a winning field goal in OT.

Problem with Pittsburgh too Mr Tigra is they have a great D and yes they are missing Polamalu but I just don't rate Roethlesberger.  Gets sacked too many times.
Although if there is a time who can recover in the AFC its the Steelers. Remember 2006 won in the playoffs away to Bengals the choking Colts and then the Broncos to beat Seattle in the Superbowl and send Jerome Bettis off in style.
I think Green Bay are dangerous in the NFC and I think they can go one better and make the Superbowl this year.

As for my team the Washington Redskins they just let me down year in year out regardless of coach or playing roster and other than a few players. Although RG3 has been great for us we have no serious defense and that will be our downfall.

How about Peyton Manning at Denver today leading the Chargers back from 24-0 to beat the perennial underachievers San Diego 35-24. :thumbsup

Well for my team the Bengals it seems like it's going to be the same old same old

Hopes up at the start of the season and now 6 weeks in I'm thinking here we go again

Fancy getting beaten by Cleveland who hadn't won in 12 months

C'mon Tucker!  He has BBQ sauce and a burger named after him.
On a serious note I think he is one of the best QB. He's currently holding the Steelers together at the minute.

Everyone in the States in pro footy has a burger named after them lol. :thumbsup

Gotta admit the Pittsburgh aura is not what it used to be 5 yrs ago. Even last season they just couldn't get it together. Always dangerous at home though.
I just think someone like Green Bay can go all the way. their QB ATM is the best in e NFL.

Our teams meet tonight WP.
Despite the Steelers incredibly poor away record this season and up to 5 starters out with injury I think it's very important that my boys beat the Bengals tonight or our season is well and truly stuffed.

Didn't see the game at all but it looks as though the Steelers, led by Big Ben, killed your mob quite easily.  :clapping
Season back on track.  :thumbsup
