Saw this on bomberblitz. Which would you honestly choose?

It's an often used cliche by a lot of players when they achieve an individual milestone that they would give it all up just to win a premiership medal. It occurs to me that is an incredibly easy thing to say when it is impossible to 'give back' the 300 games you've played or the Brownlow you just won. The question i have is, if a 17 yo kid gets drafted and you give him a choice of:
a) play ONE year ONLY of AFL and play in the premiership team. Then your career is finished.
OR
b) play 14 years, 300 games, Brownlow medal, 3 club best and fairest, career earnings $7+million plus lucrative sponsorships, post AFL career in media, but NO PREMIERSHIP.
Which would you honestly choose?
