Smack em at training. And do Match simulation drills at training. Tackling, pressure skills, punch ups anything tough.  ;) Delivery into our forward half. Holding the ball at half way - 17 Players flooding back and we patiently kick to leading targets, not bombing away.  :sleep

Plough could watch from the solarium and sauna if it gets too willing.

They are doing exactlly what they have been taught on the track on the feild. So some of the blame has to go off the players if this is what is being taught to them, I would think.
So we need Terry to stand up and say that the way we play is the way he has taught them. And for us to stop have a go at the players all the time.
Yes some are becoming a cancer on the team and they do need to be weeded out, but this has to go for the coaching side of it too.
And if Terry isn't getting the message through to the player group then he needs to look at what is wrong and fix that. Weather that be he quits and we get a new coach. Or he had to relay his messages through to them so they do it right. If not, as it has been posted in anothrer sack the lot and start all over.
So all in all, we can't fix it on the track because its the way they are being taught. Bring in a different way to make it work as the way now isn't working.

The message is getting through. Wallace can't lead men.

you cannot coach the type of football them players produced on the field against Collingwood.
They played overuse & scared football & coaches dont implement that on the training track
that type of football is caused by too many passengers that are not prepared to run hard off thier opponant & run hard back onto his opponant to defend is case of a turnover which in our case we got caught out. its caused by players handballing to stationary players a short distance away instaed of kicking it to a marking contest or someone who runs hard off thier opponant.
there was not enough hard running from players at the start of the game to make space from thier opponants
Richmond also made bad mistakes when bombing the ball forward where players where caught out 2 on 1
if you think coaches go out to coach this type of stuff your a idiot  ;D
want to blame someone blame the lot of them ( players & coaches) it was a disgrace effort from all concerned
