Polo is very stiff. Terry doesn't like him much. Polo has told some close friends that Terry has his favourites.

McMahon, Polak, Pettifer, Polak should be add to the outs.

Morton, Johnson, Riewoldt should get the nod.

Collingwood's forward line is a danger with our defence.

Polak is very slow!

I hope Tivendale doesn't play, and Cleve doesn't get dropped!

Polo didn't get much of the ball but wasn't he negating Brent Harvey and then in the last quarter Shannon Grant? I thought both had minimal influence when he was on them. I guess he's a straight swap for Sugar.

I can't see Hydey playing many more RFC games now.

Sugar and Morton are named in the starting 18 so there's only one more inclusion out of Whitey, Tivs, Jack and McGuane you'd reckon. With 3 smalls cut I think it'll be out of Whitey or Tivs.

wallet said start of week, he will wield axe?  polo ,hyde big axes  ::) ::) ::) ::)

no he didnt , he said he would but not straight away, he said he will see over a few week period who wants to play and respect their jumper and who does not.

hyde and polo were in the side for 1 week but instead of playing hungry and showing they wanted to stay, they were on holidays. all other players played poorly also, but the week b4 they didnt so they get another week to prove themselves

just curious, should the bombers drop all 22 as they all played poorly and what about melbourne, port, etc

Wallace gave Polo his first crack - couldn't get a game under Frawley and then 17 games in his first season under Wallace.  Played very well and was being pushed as one of the club's 'young guns'. Played 8 in 2007 before a  season ending injury and was obviously still under done on Sunday. Will go back to Coburg for 100% game time and the chance to rebuild some confidence and flair (plenty of that in '06).

Doesn't like him - pfft.

Polo wasn't playing under Frawley, he was in the 2004 Deledio draft. He didn't play until 2006, in the Dreamtime game where he kicked butt.

Yep, my bad - he didn't play under Frawley.  But to suggest Wallace doesn't like him is way off the mark when you look at his career thus far. He had a very good season in 2006 following on from that Dreamtime game and it was injury last season that wrecked his year.  He will be back in the seniors in a few weeks and I will be very surprised if he doesn't quickly 'rise to the top' again.

Huh  ???

There have been changes which is what the article said would happen.

Whether it is two changes or 10 it said changes and we have changes ::)

IF the number of changes are enough is a different argument altogether

if petts is dropped then i will be content.

if he ends up being picked then wallace has done nothing constructive.

polo and hyde big deal. i want petts and similar players to be sent back to coburg to learn whats its like to play seconds

Heard on the grape vine that Pettifer has been dropped - not 100% confirmed but my source is usually correct...
