They'll still have plenty of runners but no West, Johnson and Aker would be a big help.

I worry about this game.

The doggies know how to play the ground well and we just don't.

Without space to run into we we be smashed. :(

Stripes
Despite winning, the doggies have had at least one bad quarter at their 3 Dome games so far this year. Essendon was all over them in that 3rd quarter last week, the Saints jumped them early and the Crows kicked 6 goals to 1 in one quarter in round 1. It's been the dogs last quarters where they have outrun sides and piled on the goals (at least 6 every week) that have got them their wins. Our fitness has been pretty good this year and we've been able to run out every game well even when we've been crap. We need to stick with the dogs on the scoreboard early and hopefully this Bodyflow thing and a 7 day break has us recovered by Sunday so we can play out the four quarters.

Just on the game itself which doggies do we need to target the most and shutdown? They've got plenty of mids who can cut teams to shreads if left unchecked - Cooney, Cross, Griffen, Gilbee, Hahn, Murphy, etc.

Which Tigers should get the jobs?

our midfield can hold their own against the dogs
the midfield is not a headache for us

we need to contain welsh. he always smashed us when at the crows, and if we can stop him from kicking a bag , we will win as we will win more than 50% of the clearances, contested and uncontested ball

I remember when Welsh kicked a lazy 8 against us in 2005. We even made a dud like Perrie look like a star that night  :help.

The last time we beat them (3 years ago  :P ) we shut down their inside ballwinners West, Hahn and Cooney and that limited the damage of their runners. With no West I would target to shutdown Hahn and Cooney.

Agree X - Cross is key play maker for the Doggies these days.

No West is a blessing. He's toweled us previously.
