Terry out coached again. ::)
No tag on Stevens. ::)
Had Richo at full back at one stage , then Reiwoldt was there.
When game was to be won in last quarter, continually kicked short and turned the ball over..
As for Richard Tambling, what week is trade week,
And as for Joel Bowden, was made accountable this week and got WACKED

Have said it time and time again Richard Tambling is a waste. Boy will never be more than just a footballer at best. No impact on games and ppl cannot use the he is Aboriginal excuse. Trade him and trade him soon. He was awful today and has been below par for most of the year.

There was a free against Richo I'm worried about - hoping it doesn't end up in a report.
He whacked a Carlton player accidentally head high.
Absolutely nothing in it - total accident, but wondrin' it the Geish will think otherwise  :help
Just out of ignorant curiosity, has the big man ever been reported for a malicious act? Has he ever been suspended? The way he crashes packs and creates contests i'm surprised he hasn't with the soft rules we have regarding charging these days.

got it in one!!

tambling goodbye. he may be worth something but if we keep him he will be another meyer and JON, worth nothing!!

can someone tell me in which game has Richard played 4 quarters...Even the eagles game last year he went missing after half time.

Face facts he is a dud. u guys keep praying for a miracle with him but it aint gonna happen.
i have seen too many draft picks to know when i see a dud and i have seen one here.

morton, cotch, jack, hughes i love them and i think we can build around them.

Richard is a very average footballer
Currently a member of the Roupies, and employed by the great man Roup.

When game was to be won in last quarter, continually kicked short and turned the ball over..
We kicked short because no one was running to offer options ahead or handball receives from behind and break lines especially after half-time. Lazy as anything and mentally not switched on (N.G. Brown the main culprit in that department). We might as well allowed the team to go to the gala function last night because they played like they had a big night the night before  :scream.

The main reasons we lost was we missed sitters in the first half especially the first quarter when we were all over them (Browny the main culprit again with 6 points with Newy and Morton missing sitters too). We should have been 5 goals up at quarter time  ::). Then we got smashed out of the centre after half-time. We were able to hold on till 3/4 time setting up attacks from the backline before the wheels completely fell off. Lost virtually every 50/50 ball in the last. The ruckwork today was a joke. How many fresh airys after half-time did Simmo and Patto have. Even I laughed when the ball fell to Kreuzer at the bounce in the last quarter and all he had to do was stand there and not even leap  ::).

Also thought the umps had a lot to say in the first 10 minutes of the last quarter. Nice little run the Blues got there. I would still like someone to tell me why that Carlton player wasn't pinged for holding the ball that would've set up a shot at goal for us  ???.

Ive been an avid defender of Richard Tambling but I have no excuses for the lad yesterday. He was disgraceful. Send him to WA in a player swap for a young Melbourne kid whose in WA.

Our 2004 Draft has turned out to be a complete disaster. Only Deledio is good. The rest are very very average.

The 2004 draft was overrated in hindsight. At the time people were saying it was the next 2001 but after pick 7 excluding F/S the names that are still around aren't exactly stars.

Tambling was a disgrace today. Pulling out of contests, etc etc. Back to Coburg boy
If Plough's consistent then it won't be a surprise. Poor Blingers confidence is shot.

Just one of many passengers we had out there today.

Its not confidence MT. It's ability and the kid is obviously lacking in it.
At best he is merely an average footy player. He was shameful today he did not put his head over the ball his lack of run and chase was appauling. Terry needs to drop him to Coburg or give him a job as a forward pocket for the remaining 8 games bite the bullet and accept he was a draft error and try and trade him for the best deal possible. It has been 4 seasons. You feel that it is enough of the excuses for him. Also heard a rumour that he has been carrying an injury well that in itself is either a furphy or poor management by Terry as Tambling is in no way an elite player at the Club nor a player who cannot be replaced to warrant his selection in the team either when injured. He has had a poor year with a lack of consistency and that best sums him up. The way he is travelling he will end up like Andy Krakouer on our list and become a list clogger as many fans will be forever waiting for their faith and optimism to bear fruit when really we have something barren. Unfortunantely that seems to be the case with Richard just not good enough. Just a player who plays in sporadic fits and starts may do a eyecatching thing here or there but will never be a bona fide match winner game saver game turner.

But right now his form isn't even average. He was doing well enough earlier in the season when we were competitive against the top sides. He was averaging 20 possessions and a goal per game and was been constructive from a team point of view. But he hasn't kicked a goal since the Geelong game and he's not noticed in games anymore unless he makes a mistake. He's also fumbling/overrunning the ball which he hasn't done since his 1st and 2nd years. IMO he's got huge confidence issues at the moment and not having a settled position or task each week isn't helping either.
