Pettifer
« on: May 11, 2008, 02:56:24 AM »
from the Herald-Sun

After copping a week's suspension for striking Magpie Nick Maxwell, Pettifer hurt his hamstring and is working his way back through the reserves.

"I kicked a couple of goals and had a few possessions and hopefully I'll get back in there next week versus Geelong," he said.

"Today was probably the best game I've played down here, which was good."

Still has a long way to go, was dragged a couple of times again yesterday for trying to kick goals from outside 50 when he had better options inside 50.

I cant see him getting back in at this stage.

The ball is certainly in his court.
