Snippet from Sportal.....

Thursty won't be back this week and they don't know when he will  :(.

.... the Tigers still have the problem of replacing Polak for the rest of the season with Jay Schulz likely to return to the side in his absence.

And as well as being without their centre-half-back for the rest of the season, the Tigers will also again be without injured full-back Will Thursfield who is still battling hamstring problems.

Wallace said Thursfield, who has not played since Round 11, is battling tendon soreness in the lower part of his hamstring making it more difficult to predict when he will return.

This might change things a little. With Silvesters good form in the VFL (inc a couple of BOG) it might be time to give him a go against sombody like the Eagles Lynch.

IN: Schulz, Silvester,
Out: Richo (inj), Polak (inj)

I would like to see Hyde and Patto have a rest but cant see it happening. There are pleanty of other ways it could go too. Nothing realy would surprise me after some of the selections this season. I do like the fact that we can talk about quite a few options to try, that not something we have been able to do for quite a few years.

The players the eagles put on the ground will be trying, apart from that everyone else is going the Tank.
We should win comfortably .....

NB: Anyone with Cox in their supercoach save a trade, I can see an early end of season op coming soon  ;)

CUB do you know something or just taking a guess here.

I am thinking of bringing in Cox into my side but i doubt he will be around till round 22

Speaking on Racing Radio, Sumich said Daniel Kerr should be ready to play by the time Sunday's bouncedown against Richmond comes around.

But captain Darren Glass is a doubt, with a hard fought season finally ready to catch up with the skipper.

"We will assess him on Friday, he did not do a lot last night training wise … he needs to be assessed to see whether he plays or not," Sumich said.
