Kingy on 3WBC:

* Good to be back with the boys. Haven't played at Coburg for a while.

* Nah no angry pills. Thought he was being good today (laughs). Just told Neville he was around. Just the way he's played footy since North Heidleberg. Only way he knows.

* Coburg should have won more games this year but they played well today.

* He missed 2 weeks before Carlton game. Lacking match-fitness. Not so much running but Plough and coaching staff just wanted him to do more out on the ground. Needed a permit to play today.

3. Silvester - stopped Box Hill all day.
2. Shelton - set up a lot of attacks
1. Carrick - 4 qtr effort. Clean and quick.

3. King
2. Graham

I know Box Hill are last but a good win at the end of the day. Won every quarter and good games from Connors, Gus and Meyer and Silvester and Cartledge both putting their hands up for promotion off the rookie list. Sounds like Connors is starting to run out games and give 4 quarters efforts over the last couple of weeks although he did play forward all day today. It must have been difficult to kick goals at the end with the breeze as we kicked 6.13 with it yet 12.1 into it  ???.

The commentators must be Hawk tools as right at the end they were making fun of Richmond supporters calling us toothless and uneducated. We've not Collingwood lol. Thank god we don't have to put up with them again.

Big Gus excites me.  Big, strong (or least getting there) mobile with his ruckwork on the improve.  If he comes off, we look a much different team in 2-3 years with Lids, Foley and Cotch running through the mid field.
Meyer is another one who I'd love to see blossom. Lets hope he is over the injury woes and can really turn it on in the next 2 months.

Meyer is going well, seems to have his body right.

Hopefully he can stay on the track now.

He may be like Kel Moore, he has been playing good footy on the ball the last couple of weeks.

Ramps: Rance played across half back - I really liked his game. Started slowy but improved as the game went on.

I really liked Danny Meyer's game took some really strong marks in the clinches.

Silvestor was very good again, his rebounding from defence was first rate. Cartledge very good, lot of footy smarts has Cartledge.

Herald-Sun report

It wasn't all good news for Richmond fans yesterday, with defender Andrew Raines suffering a left hamstring injury in the first quarter of Coburg's 52-point win against Box Hill in the senior game.

He played no further part in the match but Rawlings said he didn't think the injury was "anything too severe".

Richmond veteran Greg Tivendale led Coburg to its seventh win and fifth spot on the ladder with 33 possessions, while Jake King had 18 touches.

Box Hill lost its best player, Steve Kenna, to soreness late in the second term and was never in the hunt.

Hawks captain Alister Neville was his side's best with 13 kicks, 14 handballs and five tackles, while Hawthorn-listed Travis Tuck was prominent with 26 possessions.

"They kicked straight in the first quarter into the breeze and with the wind advantage that was too much," Box Hill coach Barry Mitchell said.

Raines done his hammy
Is Rainsey up for contract renewal this year?
And will he make it those who've seen him play this year?
Or trade to the Gold Coast?
Does he have any trade value  :banghead

Would love to know what game they were at.
Graham nowhere near 3, 2 or 1 votes. Box Hill had no rucks to speak of so we had an easy time tap wise. Gus had progressed yes and could very well make it AFL wise.
Thought Collins was the standout.

The Big Cat was by far BOG.

TFL; He started off slowly I thought (first 10 or so mins) after that he sensational. His run out of the back line was fantastic
