* First of all, Mike and Healy (both Dees men) are up at the snow tonight :rollin

* There was meant to be a meeting between March and the assistant coaches tonight to alay fears but that has been postponed by March for 5 days.

* Mike says a red flag was waved in regards to Terry. Healy askes if one of the president or coach has to go. Mike said they don't have to be bed buddies. It was something the club to do without but in fairness to the admin it was meant to happen at the end of season but as it happens it was leaked now. Healy saying the wheels are on the edge of falling off (friction between Wallace/March over this). Mike said it's not that bad. He agreed that Terry should have to wait until next year before getting a new contract. Mike said Free was employed to do the conclusion to the review.

* First caller said all this turmoil talk is media driven. Mike said we (media) haven't mentioned the word turmoil. Caller said we won't go up in flames like in the past and as the media wants us to do and one guy getting the sack isn't a big deal. It was the right decision and the media are blowing this out of proportion. Healy said it is important if a split between the coaching staff and the admin develops. Caller said that won't happen.

* Next caller said March claimed we need people with certain skills set yet he has just managed one of the biggest stuff-ups of all time. On par with what we did in the 80s/90s. Mike said it's not as grim as that and that our record prior to this year wasn't that great.

* Mike said he expects we won't be polaxed this week as confidence is up. He reckons we've got healthy expectations about Saturday night.

* Third caller said he finds it astonishing we are finally showing signs and then we sack Miller.

Whose Mike? Sheahan?
It's that simple Spud
"I discussed (it) with my three daughters, my wife and my 82-year-old mum, because it has really affected me … If those comments … were made about one of my daughters, it would make the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. I would not have liked it at all.”
