As long as his soft tissue trouble is not chronic (I'm sure they've tested him for this though along with every other disease, afflication, medical condition and pscholical tendency) and his focus remains constant he can get at least that time frame out of his body. He has trained his body up for endurance more than power which will hold him in good stead for the future.

Best case scenario is 3 years if his hammies hold up but we all know it's up to Ben to first of all get through preseason training clean.

If we get 50 games from Cousins it would have been an outstanding success. Less than 10 a disappointment, between 10 and 20 games an average result and between 20 and 50 a good result. Alot will be determined in the next 12 months, if his hammies are ok and he plays 15 to 20 games then he'll be on the way to getting to 50 games and beyond.
