New Captain, i believe we should try and sign over a really good player from another team and get a young new coach.

newman, is so unaccountable as a player, has no respect for his opponents, have you seen is pathetic attempts to block and tackle this year
newman is a joke, why is it we are renouned of late to pick these pathetic types as captain. 

did we all see bowden make a clutz of himself fumbling the ball, that was caused by percieved pressure cos newman gave him the ball and made a tossbag jog of blocking and shepharding joel, so newmans opponent just waltzed passed him and attcked joel. granted joel shoul dnot have fumbled, but newmans efforts and tucks all day were like that, tuck did it to cuz a few times , just not good enough.

While I didn't agree with him being appointed captain, it is ridiculous to claim that he is the wrong choice after 7 games. He needs time to grow into the role and find his voice as skipper.

Reminds me of playing junior footy where there was a new captain every week. 

However maybe we could turn it into an incentive for our under performing players, " OK right, you had a crap game last week and this week we are making you captain until you start to perform".
