Well I've seen some things in that half I never thought I would see; Patto dangerous in the forward line, Riewoldt dominating.

So many good players Cotch, Cuz, Jacko, Foley (some beautiful disposal into the F50), Collins etc.

Not sure if they can do that for a whole game but here's hoping

Fitting last game for TW.

Note to new coach; please do not play Pettifer again; 20 odd touches of nothing with poor kicks and ineffective defensive pressure.

Please no Pettifer, Bowden, Simmonds and McMahon ever again....

and Deledio, to have your arse handed to you again by a first (?) year player from the rookie list, go back to Coburg and learn how to work hard.
And you may not think I care for you

This game is the perfect illustration as to why we needed to end the Wallace reign, great in patches but ultimately when the pressure is put on the skill level drops and the turnovers commence. Its criminal the amount of ball given back to opposition teams by the tigers. In fact an opposition coach doesnt really need to worry about attacking tactics, all they have to do is focus on defensive pressure and the ball is simply handed over to them to do as they please.

The playing group has shown that they can match it with the opposition, maybe a different playing style and the addition of some more skillful players could make us more competitive. For now i think the caretaker coach whoever that may be needs to give a few of the fringe players a go just so decisions at the end of the season are made easier. There is no point carrying good VFL players any longer if they have shown inadequacies when asked to step up at the highest level.

Only Richmond can have 10% more disposals and lose by more than 10 goals.

Very Dirty night for Deledio.

Jackson must be close to being our B&F this year.

15 pts to 85 in the second half.....Tanking is one thing but have some pride in the jumper.

It's a fine line Mat073 and it is going to hurt at times just like it did last night but I can only hope that it is for the greater good in 2 or 3 years time.

Some pride would have been nice maybe that pride could have shaved 15 points off the final result. Albeit if I had personal gain.

I'll let everyone in on a secret for my tips on another thread I came up with the dogs winning by 68 points in our tipping comp. Last time we played the Dogs twice in the same season was 2006 and we lost by 115 and 22 points an avg of 68.5.
After typing 68 it I didn't like the way it looked so I took 5 goals off and typed 38 points to the Dogs and still didn't like the way it looked so I met it halfway and typed 53.
Should have gone with my original thought.  :wallywink

What I really am p1ssed off about this decade is the way nothing garbage clubs like
North St Kilda Bulldogs Sydney and to another extent Geelong have all had the wood over us and proud Head to Head records against them is becoming more even and in the Geelong one they are well and truly ahead of us and record losing margins have been regurlarly rewritten. Back to your point Mat073 where some pride in the jumper and footy club would not go astray. Something the new regime need to implement.
