Doesn't matter how he gets it, all about kicking the goal.

Chuck is right.

Half a dozen of our B Graders were absolutely hopeless tonight. Last month they've been very good.

Edwards
Grigg
Griffiths
Houli
Hunt
Vlastuin

All couldn't get their game going and we're well beaten. Add the fact that Maric was smashed, we haven't lost because of Cotchin's output.
Go Tigers!

Edwards probably played his worst for the year, nothing went into his sticky fingers as would normally be the case. Really had no spark other than Dusty tonight and with our disposal being so poor we were continually chasing tail after being turned around. Really dont understand how our disposal efficiency can go down to such a level in the space of a couple of weeks.

I'm calling it exactly how I saw it and he was embarrassingly terrible and should be ashamed in his performance tonight. He was lazy and slow. Maybe he was ill I don't know but no excuses for that rubbish effort IMO.

once tonight. titch was about to take it deep forward from a center clearance
but Cotch demanded it.
Cotchin was behind Titch but wanted the ball.
He got it and stuffed it up.
THIS I get concerned with.

LMAO.

Cotch had a bad game but people defend it with a list of second rate players that had a bad game?

No cotch wasnt alone, and you could also add deledio to the list of below par games too, but it doesnt change that the output was way below what our captain is capable of - way below.

Goal before half time was a great captain's goal but the remainder of his game was extremely poor

When we needed him to really stand up in the first 15 minutes in the 3rd and drag his team out of the mire he was MIA

As posted on another thread our leaders were shocking last night and Cotchin as head honcho in the leadership side of things deserves every whack coming his way he was terrible

Poor Cotchin
Plays a good game but misses the captains goal? Hack
Plays a poor game but chimes in with a captains goal? Hack
Was it a good game? No.
But I feel people are expecting Cotchin to do it all

He's not a kid anymore.
When the team isn't performing to standard it SHOULD always be the captain that wills them back to playing competitive team football demanding more from his teammates when the chips are down.
He should never be completely alone in this as all the leaders should be lifting and demanding more from playing by example and there exploits out on the field should reflect this.
Last night Cotchin looked like he was out of pace with the game, Reiwoldt looked lethargic, Maric looked old, Deledio looked unfit and Chaplin was at his fumbly best so Cotch wasn't alone in setting the standard of mediocrity.

Where was the "Richmond Way"?

Too lenient Yeahright.

Hodge, Selwood, McVeigh, Pendlebury ring any bells.

Cotch was very quiet last night by his standards and those we expect if him to attain also weekly.

BTW Tigeritis this was the other Richmond way. The round 1-6 way.

My post was more a reflection of how people have treated him the past ~2 years not so much last night. He was poor last night as I said and should do better.
