Probably, yeah. If it was pick around 20 I'd probably do it, we need another early 2nd rounder. If it was a later pick like 35 no I wouldn't.

Lucky u ain't in charge

What were you saying about taking risks?

There Is a difference between a well thought out gamble

 - like taking a punt of jäger

And stupidity

 - like trading titch for te same pick he cost us ten years ago

From Barrett's 'Sliding Doors' column today:

IF ... Vickery and Griffiths remain out of contract for much longer ...

THEN ... it'll soon be obvious to all that the Tigers are attempting to lure a big-name key forward. Hello Josh Jenkins?

COLLINGWOOD vice-captain Nathan Brown is attracting rival interest as the Magpies’ backman battles to retrieve his senior spot.

The Magpies’ premiership full back is a restricted free agent and remains unsigned beyond this season, with two clubs known to be watching his situation closely.

Collingwood’s other free agents who face an uncertain future are Brent Macaffer, Jarryd Blair, Dane Swan and Alan Toovey.

Brown’s twin brother, Mitch, is also out of contract at West Coast and could be tempted to come home to Victoria next season.

I'd trade Edwards because he's a realistic chance to get what he's worth. Lloyd on the other hand wouldn't get us much and don't think we'd get what he's worth but if he was needed as a sweetner then bye bye

whats edwards worth?

I doubt he has a huge amount of worth outside our club. Could be packaged up with picks?

You must be kidding. Tell me who we could get in a like for like deal?

edwards is a keeper IMO

Ring ring ring

Hello Benny Dion and Jaeger here.

We saw the game last night and we've changed our minds. We'd rather hang out with Rocket than the dud you've got running things at your joint!

Barlow cheap for a year or two anybody? Better depth than Townsend & Moore at the very least...probably still a better player than half our current midfield....Victorian as well....

At only 28 he is definitely worth a spot.
Apparently a super athlete that looks after himself extremely well so could potentially play for a little longer.
We could learn a lot off a guy like this.

Friends with a lot of fanatical Freo supporters.....my mail is Barlow recently became single and has spent to much time chasing tail.
Ross not impressed.

Would easily be in our top 10 , some might suggest top 5.

Jenkins putting on a clinic, might  be too pricey if keeps this form going.
The possibility of physical and mental collapse is now very real. No sympathy for the Devil, keep that in mind. Buy the ticket, take the ride.

Aaron Young from Port played a blinder on the weekend - pretty sure we were briefly linked to him at some point during last year's trade week(s)? I also recall most people baulked at the idea and said he was a hack. (Yeah not like us to be chasing hacks from Port.)
