Jack on Before the Game tonight:

* A maturity issue for us (re: taking the next step). A couple of guys to come in and help with that plus development of the younger guys within the group. We're not too far away.

* Jack said he has had a two shoulder ops and an ankle scope. Nothing too serious. Shouldn't be too far away from starting preseason on time.

* We've had 3 weeks off already. He would love to still be playing now. All the AFL ads gets you pumped up to be playing now. Hopefully September isn't too far away for us.

And??? How did it go.

For the life of me I still can't understand why they didn't park him up earlier and get him sorted.. :huh

Agree, how the eff is he is going to kick a 150 goal season resting all the time.

If he wins another Coleman kicking 70 or so goals I'm gunna be peeed.

Jack turned 24 during the week btw. Two Colemans already and still has most of his prime years still ahead of him :yep. Give him some decent tall support (not dud McGuane types ::) ) and he'll be fine.

what surgery?

Jack tweeted the other day that he had spent his birthday having an op in Hobart. Didn't say what it was for and when asked didn't answer  ;D

BTW he isn't training because like a numbers of other players he not due back for another couple of weeks. The long you've been in the system the long the break you get  ;D
