you have to to keep thomas quiet, that little bugger works hard

Nor are your ways my ways,” says the Lord.

So are my ways higher than your ways,
And my thoughts than your thoughts."

What if he is named, he will be,a as will Edwards..... :banghead
DIMMA - You will be held ACCOUNTABLE...

“We are really excited about what we have brought in. We have got great depth of players that can take us where we need to go. We are just putting some cream on the top at the moment,” he said.

What if Jackson is named, and plays yet another shocker? What if Hardwick accepts his errors again? How long do we have to put up with his embarrassing lack of skills which undoes all the hard work guys like Cotch strives for?

Jako needs a run at Coburg for errrr 20 weeks.

Dimma's direction and credibility as a coach is on the line next week.

Was very animated at 3 qt time and rightly so as the Pies blitzed us in the first 10 of the 3rd however he needs to transfer that anger and frustration he feels on match day into the selection commitee meeting on a Thursday night and drop Jako.

I feel that he fails to drop him and I mean Coburg not sub and we get done next week and he has another poor game then the off field good will generated by the club so far will be eradicated.

Its not a matter of demoting Jako and Edwards back to Coburg its about two years and 2 games of continual failure with these so called next tier blokes. Promote another kid and let these blokes go.
His philosophy and public credentials on players gaining selection based on being skilled and being efficient by hand and foot are being questioned.

Enough is enough. Maybe Dimma needs to ask this question to himself.

When he was at Hawthorn assuming Jako and Edwards were on the list there. Would Clarko honestly name these blokes week in week out from 2007 onwards or even from 2005-2006. Could they do a job for Clarko successfully with limited negative impact for their side?

I doubt it. Bite the bullet Dimma.

 :thumbsup :thumbsup Spot on

And agree with Jack as well

Time to walk the walk Dimma, you said people have earn their spots, well it's time Jackson has earnt his spot and isn't in the RFC 22 it's at Coburg

I'd drop Jackson and play Griffiths. We were a bit short against Collingwood and the Melbourne forwards will stretch us if Jamar floats forward.  He had a run at Coburg and needs to play with Batch, Rance, Grimes, Morris and Ellis regularly to create an understanding and chemistry.  We have lacked a big gorilla down back for a long while.  Griffiths is the answer if he stays fit.  He can also swing forward and kick a goal too!  Woouldn't mind him doing the kick outs and kicking over the zone as he can roost it 70m!

The other change will be Maric for an injured King.  That is all......
OER. Calling it as it is since 2004.

The only Richmond players that do not have a Coburg number are -

Deledio
Martin
Riewoldt
Cotchin
Newman
Jackson

who is the odd man out...

Time for the property steward at Coburg to start digging around the clubrooms, there should be something in the 90's available for him.

hardwick rates him.  obviously has no eye for talent.  this is a concern as we are stuck with hardwick till the end of 2014.
Does anyone have half an idea on anything?

Hardwick is hardly going to do anything dramatic with selections when he has his first winnable game this week. He would be $hitting himself at the thought of dropping a senior player and then losing the game.

He's hardly proven himself to be a courageous coach.
