Here's the MRO summary:

Ivan Soldo, Richmond, has been charged with Striking James Worpel, Hawthorn during the second quarter of the Round Nine match between Richmond and Hawthorn, played at the MCG on Sunday May 19.

  In summary he can accept a one-match sanction with an early plea.

Based on the available evidence, the incident was assessed as Intentional Conduct with Low Impact and High Contact. The incident was classified as a one-match sanction.

He looked like he was fending him off but accidentally hit him. That can easily be argued that it wasn't intentional IMHO.
