Opening round team
« on: March 07, 2024, 06:32:09 PM »
https://www.richmondfc.com.au/news/1500372/three-new-additions-for-opening-round

Good bit of youth but a few surprising ones too.
I suppose brown doesn’t fit into a team when vlastuin, gibcus, grimes and broad are all playing.

Ryan isn’t up to it imo but let’s find out this year, same with Maurice.
Startinf midfield of Taranto, hopper and Prestia is scary slow and one paced

Excited to watch banks and Campbell. Also to see more of dow whether he can really make it as a mid

Obviously not our strongest team on paper .

However I’m hoping for a galvanised effort - being underdogs may very well work in our favour.

No Dusty up at GC. Sam McClure will be crying.

Interesting to see how Maurice goes this year. Needs a good yeah or risk Campbell and Green go ahead of him.

MRJ clearly there to compensate for the ridiculously top heavy forward line...because based on form I can't think of any other valid reason.... :huh

MRJ.  Surely you play Cumberland before him.

As a forward Cumberland focuses too much on hitting the scoreboard and not enough on hitting his gps targets... :shh
