Hardwick will be here in 2014 even if we win the spoon. But if we don't play finals then he should be sacked. Failing expectations two seasons in a row is unacceptable in any job. Then there's the choking that went on in 2011....
Point is, big Chris could/should be right. If we're out of finals contention by mid 2013 then I would hope we're looking for a new coach. But like I said before, we'll be sweet and won't have to worry about a new coach for a while yet. He never said we would sack him. Carlton didn't give Rats the flick until the end of the season but you can bet your arse they were shaking hands with Mick halfway through the season. We could be doing the same with some other gimp next year
