Imho,I would also think an open and honest culture where we consider the best person on form gets a game would be the way to keep our club culture strong. Even if someone is better for the position it should not prohibit those with merit to at least apply, we shouldn’t have a mates club mentality and and should always consider ourselves a football club first that serves it members and supporters first with business as nesessary to achieve this.
