Surely they'll introduce him to some 5kg dumbbells soon. I reckon he's outgrown the 2.5
I work in Africa and they were taking the pee out of me for saving Africa.......

Any dumb bell would work
"The money might have been better. But, at the end of the day, Richmond showed faith in me. It's only fair that now we're 18th on the ladder, I show the faith back in the club and do everything I can to put them in front. In the end, I'm stoked I made the decision to stay. I f***ing love this club”

Yze provides update on Smillie

Richmond coach Adem Yze gave an update on Josh Smillie’s return to full training during the Club's Annual General Meeting on Wednesday night.

After successfully undergoing quad surgery late last year, the 19-year-old Smillie has already returned to running and is just "three to four weeks away" from full training.

“We know the talent that he has got, but he has been through a lot,” Yze said of Smillie.

“Right now, we feel like we have found the remedy. He had an operation, and he has started his running program. I think he is three or four weeks away from full training.

“Hopefully, he has seen the end of that. He needs a little bit of luck.”
