Having arrived at the half-way mark of the AFL premiership season, the time has come for foxsports.com.au to issue your club with their mid-season report card.
Richmond
Currently: 16th (1-10)
What's gone right:
They've won a match. That's an achievement for Damien Hardwick's side and the coach himself. They've also been competitive for the past four weeks. Dustin Martin has looked at home on the big stage and there'll be a few handy types among the plenty of youngsters tried.
What's gone wrong:
The 10 losses, the impotent forward line, the leaky defence. Hardwick has inherited a side that is still four years off being able to push into the eight and it's going to be very hard with compromised drafts.
Star performer:
Shane Tuck has dragged himself off the scrapheap to be back in favour - Jordan McMahon could learn a thing or two. Daniel Jackson was probably their best player before he tangled with Campbell Brown. Chris Newman rarely plays a bad one.
Needs a lift:
McMahon, Daniel Connors, Graham Polak, Mitch Morton, Tom Hislop, Jake King, Richard Tambling. Now you start to see why they're stuck on the bottom.
The future:
Another win against the Eagles in Melbourne would be two more than many were expecting a month ago. They'll finish on the bottom.
Round 22 prediction:
16th
