Season's End
« on: June 26, 2011, 03:09:48 PM »
At seasons end we need to look at the following and this is not hyseria from yet another big game let down.
Hislop, Nason & Webberely are nothing players and provide very little in the way of breaking a game open.
Jackson, McGuane & Nahas should all be offered to any club for draft picks or players.  They just turn the ball over too often.
Brad Miller although serviceable needs to be delisted as Post, Griffiths & Astbury are the future.  We must play them.
We need another 2 quality midfielders in the draft and I firmly believe McGuane & Jackson should be sent to GWS for one of the 16 year old compensation picks for WA's OMeara.
That is all.

Hislop - doesn't seem good enough
nason - too small to be starting 22 player

I think webbely needs to be given a chance. 6 games in a row in one postion before he is delisted. I think he looks ok. Worse players on the list

Jackson and nahas are intersting ones.

I remeber simms saying he wants 2000 games in the young players over the next 2 season or whatever as
a interclub goal;  when does keeping miller at chf
start
to go against this vision?

Nason gets at least another year for mine.

He was good last year and hasn't really had a chance this year.

Gets rag dolled too much for my liking. Kid puts in but that isn't going to cut it I'm afraid. Won't bulk up either.
Kid may be kept on next year but he'll be gone after that I think unless he finds more strings to his bow.
