Wouldn't get ahead of ourselves.

Rudd was the most popular PM in history and went down like a lead balloon.

Rudd was the most popular PM in history and went down like a lead balloon.

Despite the result their primary vote was still shytehouse ( & only about 2.6 % more than LNP). Has been since Gillard.  :shh

Either way - imagine thinking we'll get to net zero in 6 years.  :joker :propeller

Bandt losing his seat would definitely be a silver lining.  :pray

As I said months ago - Labor can win being Liberal-lite but Liberals will never win trying to be Labor-lite. :shh

Looks like you got your silver lining Dio

Expect one of the Greens senators to resign so the party can nominate Bandt as their replacement.

As if it really matters... they have become by their own hand and the loss of what they once stood for an irrelevant party

Her party being the bigger watch out…

It's only fair that now we're 18th on the ladder, I show the faith back in the club and do everything I can to put them in front. In the end, I'm stoked I made the decision to stay. I f***ing love this club”

Many in the media devastated that their side was flogged and finding out once again the vast majority of Aussies couldn't give a stuff about what these out of touch attention seeking whinging sooks think :yep.
And these clueless media clowns are still in full on meltdown two weeks later lol and even stupidly trying to blame the preferential voting system for their mob getting flogged :facepalm. They conveniently forget it was their side of politics that introduced it :stupid.

Nats and Libs to split. There goes the next election. Looking forward to 6 years of Labor rule.

I've no doubt before the next election there will be a reconciliation

Just to add to this current farce, one of those who voted for Ley didn't win in their electorate so should not have had a vote. At the time of the leadership ballot, the Libs didn't wait for the final votes to be counted and just assumed this candidate had won their seat  :wallywink.
