Yze was disappointed with his side's performance in the second quarter when Geelong kicked eight goals to Richmond's one.

"We lost our way in the second quarter," he said.

"The second quarter wasn't good enough. When I say not good enough, they were just better than us.

"They were better around the contest, they smashed us around clearance, they smashed us at inside 50s, and they smashed us at contested possession. It was a footy lesson, so yeah, really disappointing."

Thought he came across as being extremely peeved

He was right we did lose our way on the 2nd after a very good 1st qtr and got smashed.

I don't think he was accepting of it at all. Just because in a presser he doesn't come out and trash his players doesn't mean he hasn't ripped into them behind closed doors

8 of our last 12 quarters we have kicked 2 goals or less.
 At 3qtr time in our last 3 games, the opposition has had 75 scoring shots to our 28. Nearly triple.
We are -122 in uncontested marks  :lol.
We are passengers in the game right now - on and off field.
Accepting our fate.
