Changes for the Freo game?
« on: August 18, 2008, 03:48:01 AM »
What changes, if any, should we make for the Freo game?

Browny and/or Foley may be ready to come back. Can we squeeze them in? lol

Cartledge out, but that's a big for a small.

Polo, Connors, Edwards need to play again.

Riewoldt has been quiet the last few weeks, maybe him for Browny?

I think that if Browny if fit to play you would have top add him in. Just my thoughts on that. Other wise keep it the same.

Polo deserves his spot, so does Connors and Edwards for that fact.

Jack has struggled lately, hard one, Foley should come back in but has not been in the best of form of late.

I really have no idea, spose it has to come down to matchups on the day.

This is all good   ??? :thumbsup

Would love to see Browny and Axel in. Perhaps if the Pies and Saints win this week and make finals impossible Rance will get a game against the Dees in Round 22 as a reward and to keep the fires of hunger flickering through pre season with a taste of senior footy. Still a good problem to have not knowing who to omit and then trying to fit Browny and Axel into the side if they are fit. Means that we have some depth. :thumbsup

Winning put a dent in any chance of poor Tivs having a farewell game this week.

Patto said at training he should be right to play this week. If it's straight back into the side then Cartledge will make way. I'd prefer to give Cartledge another go. I know we still lost the actual hitouts but we seemed to win more hitouts to advantage than usual watching the game live.

If Foley comes back in then another midfielder will have to make way. Stiff on Polo or Connors if they are dropped after good games but it's happened before this year :-\.

Youngster Daniel Connors is certain to retain his place after kicking three goals in what was probably his best senior game for the club.
