Give you a word of advice.
Forget about mad monday.
9.00am Monday Morning do the following.
Sack all staff from the bootstudder to the Fitness Staff.
Tell the following players that they will be traded or delisted.

McMahon
Rance
Thomson.
Silvester
Polak
Polo
Jackson

Then the players who didnt play tonight

Schulz
JON
Connors
Raines

The retiress  Cogs and Brown., along with Johnson and Bowden
Thats 15 changes

If you dont do that, you wont win a game in 2010.

You'd keep Patto Jack???? I wouldn't.
Simmonds ouch... He aint getting to any contests.
Our ruck stocks are very grim also at the moment.

I am stumped with that too.
Surely Simmonds will be sent on his way. He is hopeless.

Graham I thought based on his age would be kept.
Patto has had 5 years and aint good enough.

Damien, first thing you do is remove every little trace of Terry Wallace from Punt Road.

What the stuff did that man do for 4 and a half years. I understand he hasn't coached for the last few months, but the players have his gameplan, whatever that was, ingrained into them.

They get the ball on half back and the only option is to kick to a contest, the play hot potato in a congested area until someone stuffs up and the other team just breaks away and kicks to a uncongested forward line. It's a training run for other teams to play against us. Don't blame the defenders, you can't stop that many entries that are unpressured.

We have a forward, Riewoldt, that looks like he can mark anything, he's poo scared to have a shot on goal because it's that rare that we go inside 50 we want to make sure every one counts.

They don't tackle properly, they don't know what to do out there!!!

I didn't think it was possible, but I hate Wallace even more after tonight. How does he get a job in the media as an 'expert' when he's a clueless, stupid stuff.

he is a slimy gold digging idiot of the highest order

it was his dream to recruit these skinny little girls who cannot lay a tackle if their life depended on it.

This place has his name written all over it and really hardwick needs to make hard calls on rawlings and co also. weak as pee

King, Hislop, Gourdis .... you could think of 20-25 names easily that should go but it's going to have to be done over 2 draft/trade periods at least. 12 this year and 12 the next. Really it'll take 2 years from now (3 draft/trade periods) to turnover the list properly and that's only if we cut hard.

Lids, Cotch, Jack, Blingers, Morton, Vickery, Post (I know he had a shocker tonight but why play him in defence) and perhaps a couple of others you could really say have a future playing in a top Tigers side.

been told they are going to keep Simmonds and get rid of Graham and Patterson.
I can understand Patto going and Gus is no cert but why get rid of 22 y.o. ruckman and keep a 31 year old who is finished? ???

No claps off for Simmo at the end of the game when Browny and Cogs were walking off so you could be right about Simmo staying Jack  :help.

Hardwick needs to find a shrink for the players that stay on for next year so that they can repress all memories of Terry and his gameplan. I suggest they get the one Blingers went to and I suggest they get a whole crapload of Chesterfield couches as a first point of order.

I noticed there were no claps for Simmo, so you would think the mail is right.
Funny though, he told me at the start of the year that this was to be his last as his knee was stuffed, so who knows

Agree with all but Rance however contracts and poo will sort out who goes and who doesn't.

I blame Rawlings for Rance looking like a fish out of water so often.  He plays his whole junior footy in backline and yet Jade puts him on a quality experienced midfilder every week when he would be lost in there.  Play Rance in his correct bloody position before we give up on him.
