What would it take to make the staff and the presidant to pull there heads out of there ***, and make SOME BLOODY GOOD Decisions, a massive dive in membership ? considering we were doing worse every year and our membership went up   ???

I dont really think they were deliberately trying to pick bad players or to lose (once Wallace was gone, we may have had a bit of a tanking/ playing youth philosophy).  At least we seem to be doing well off field!!
